She is a corporate lawyer with more than 9 years experience across a wide range of sectors. She is currently a Corporate Legal Counsel at UCL Business Ltd, UK where she advises on corporate matters and transactions in the technology space.
Prior to joining UCL Business Ltd, she gained significant experience in top law firms across UK and Nigeria including Baker McKenzie, Invesco Ltd and Aluko & Oyebode. Kachi has an outstanding academic record with First Class Honours in Law (LL.B) from University of Ibadan where she emerged as the second-best graduating student in the Faculty of Law. She also graduated with First Class Honours from the Nigerian Law school (B.L) where she emerged as the second-best graduating student in Nigeria out of approximately 5,000 candidates. She secured a fully funded Commonwealth Scholarship and obtained a Masters Degree in Law (LL.M) from the University of Cambridge, UK. She has a distinction in the LPC from the The University of Law and is qualified to practise as a lawyer in Nigeria and England.
