She is a Business Consultant & Chartered Accountant with over 7 years’ experience in financial advisory, operations management and business strategy. She holds a first degree in Accounting & Finance from University of Birmingham and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants In England & Wales (ICAEW). Stephanie is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Charles Ardor & Company, a management consulting firm working with owners, leaders and managers of small businesses to improve their financial and operational performance. She is also the Founder of “What Next, Coach?”, a business support membership platform that prepares small businesses to grow into medium-scale enterprises.
Stephanie started her career in 2011 in one of the Big 4 Professional Services Firms in the world, Ernst & Young UK. In December 2016, she set up What Next, Coach? while in London after leaving Ernst & Young UK. She was featured in Daily Mail and Enterprise Nation, spoke at Google UK and Goldman Sachs. In July 2017, she was part of a select group of business owners invited to meet the Business Adviser to the UK Prime Minister to proffer solutions on how the government could better serve small businesses.
In December 2017, she moved the operations of What Next, Coach? to Nigeria has since worked with over 100 SMEs in Nigeria. She has partnered with organisations such as TEDx Asokoro, She Leads Africa, SWEC By Adosser Bank & TACT Organisation. She has also been featured in interviews on BBC, Business Day NG, Nigeria Info FM & Channels Television. Stephanie set up Charles Ardor & Company to offer more robust consulting services to start-ups and small businesses.
